Hi Chris,
Did you try using the keyword/location/device type edit tool in the settings tab? Its under:
Settings -> Main Settings -> from the drop down menu, u should find Keyword/Location/Device Type.
When you're any of these pages, there'll be a hierarchical tree like the one used to select targeting when adding a new add. If you right click any node (for example keywords), you should have a menu with:
Add child Node
Edit Node Label
Delete Node
Its under the settings tab
