I've created several test text banners (type:mobwebtext) to display. When i deactivate or even delete them - they continue to display. Any idea what causes this?
The reason for this behaviour is cashing. The adserver caches all requests received & the results returned into a cache file, to save processing time. The cache expiry can be controlled from the link below:
Settings -> Main Settings -> From the drop down menu, Delivery Settings. Scroll to the Global Delivery Caching Settings section and change the value Time Between Cache Updates (seconds) to any value you want (could be set to 0)
However, please note that changing this value to a low interval will cause performance issues. It is safe to use for testing.
