On the ad properties page, there's a text box "Ad Title". If this field is left empty, the default is shown as untitled. Change this to the description of the ad you want.
The audio formats we support are: wav, midi, amr, mp4, aac. There's also a default maximum size of 300KB which can be changed from: Settings -> Main Settings -> Ad Settings: Ad size
